At Llamape Educación Financiera S.A.C. (Tax ID 20612048721), with offices at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1234, Of. 802, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, we value the trust you place in us when sharing your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information in accordance with Law No. 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Act, its Regulations approved by S.D. No. 003-2013-JUS and the regulations in force in 2026.
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when you subscribe to the newsletter, fill out contact forms or use our digital tools: first and last name, email address, city of residence and topic preferences. We also log technical information such as anonymized IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed in order to: (i) send you the financial literacy newsletter you subscribed to; (ii) provide you with personalized guidance; (iii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Peru; (iv) carry out anonymized statistical studies that allow us to improve our services.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, prior, express and informed consent you provide when accepting this policy, as well as on legal obligations and, when applicable, on the legitimate interest of the institution.
4. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as your subscription remains active and, after cancellation, for a maximum of five (5) years for audit, regulatory compliance and rights protection purposes.
5. Transfers
We do not carry out international transfers of your data. When we engage technology providers in Peru, we contractually require security levels equivalent to those set forth in Law No. 29733.
6. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time by writing to privacidad@llamape.com or by submitting a physical request at our San Isidro office. We respond to every request within the time frames set by the National Personal Data Protection Authority.
7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures aligned with the Peruvian technical standard NTP-ISO/IEC 27001, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and role-based access controls. Our Data Protection Officer reports directly to the General Management.
