These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the llamape.com website, owned by Llamape Educación Financiera S.A.C., Tax ID 20612048721, with offices at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1234, Of. 802, San Isidro, Lima, Peru. By using the site you accept these terms in full.
1. Purpose
The site offers financial literacy content, informational digital tools and a free newsletter. Llamape is not a financial system entity supervised by the SBS and does not engage in financial intermediation, deposit-taking or management of funds from the public.
2. Registration and accuracy of information
By registering you warrant that the information provided is true and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out with them.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site for personal and educational purposes. Reproducing, distributing or commercializing the content without prior written authorization from Llamape is prohibited, as is using the site for unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise improper activities.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, graphics, trademarks and materials are the property of Llamape or its licensors and are protected by Peruvian copyright law (Legislative Decree No. 822) and industrial property regulations.
5. Limitation of liability
The information published is for educational purposes and does not constitute personalized financial, tax or legal advice. Llamape does not guarantee economic results derived from the use of its tools. Investment decisions must be evaluated with a duly accredited specialist.
6. Changes

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the judges and courts of Lima Cercado, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
